ചില ഔഷധ പ്രയോഗങ്ങള്‍
-പൂവന്കുരുന്തല്‍ സമൂലം എടുത്ത് എട്ടിരട്ടി വെള്ളത്തില്‍ കഷായം വെച്ച് നാളിലോന്നാക്കി വറ്റിച്ചു 25 മില്ലി വീതം രാവിലെയും വൈകീട്ടും കുടിച്ചാല്‍ പനി ശമിക്കും . തേള്‍ വിഷവും മൂത്ര തടസ്സവും ഈ കഷായം പതിവായി കുടിച്ചാല്‍ മാറിക്കിട്ടും .goat weed taken whole plant boiled in 8 times water reduced to 1/4th , 25ml b.d. before food for 1 week cures fever, scorpion bite complications, anuria.
-മലേറിയ രോഗത്തിന് ക്വിനൈന്‍ എന്ന ഔഷധത്തോടൊപ്പം മുകളില്‍ പറഞ്ഞ കഷായം കൂടി കുടിച്ചാല്‍ എളുപ്പം ഫലം സിദ്ധിക്കും
in malarial fever along with quinine (hcq) the above said kashaya provides good relief
-പൂവംകുരുന്തല്‍ , തുമ്പപ്പൂവ് , തുളസി ഇല , കുരുമുളക് , പാവട്ട തളിര് , ഈ മരുന്നുകള്‍ സമം എടുത്തു അരച്ച് ഗുളികയാക്കി തണലത്തു വെച്ച് ഉണക്കി ഉപയോഗിച്ചാല്‍ കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കുണ്ടാകുന്ന സര്‍വ പനിയും ശമിക്കും
goat weed + drona pushpi + tulasi leaves + pavatta tender leaf (?) equal parts made into pills by drying in shade cures all types of fevers for children
-ചെങ്കന്നിനു പൂവാംകുരുന്തലും ചന്ദനവും പാലില്‍ അരിച്ചെടുത്ത്‌ കണ്ണില്‍ ഒഴിക്കുകയോ ഇതിന്റെ ഇല ചതച്ചു മുലപ്പാളിലോ പശുവിന്‍ പാലിലോ ഇട്ടു ആ പാല്‍ അരിച്ചെടുത്ത്‌ കണ്ണില്‍ കണ്ണില്‍ ഇട്ടിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുക .
